The documents follow in the order in which they are attached to one another: 1-Haji Mirza Muhammad Husayn the servant, the son of Mulla Muhammad ‘Ali from Zanjan, sells a house in Sang-i Siyah neighborhood of Shiraz, which he had purchased from Karbalayi Ramazan from Shiraz, the son of the late Mashhadi ‘Ali Riza, for four hundred tumans. Aqa Muhammad Akbar's settlements, 1863
Aqa Muhammad Akbar, the son of Aqa ʻAli, settled part of a property, known as Jahangir Khan's building, with Zinat al-Nisaʼ Khanum for 100 dinars. Muhammad Baqir (Aqa Muhammad Akbar's son), Sakinah Khanum (Aqa Muhammad Akbar's wife, and Aqa Jaʻfar's daughter), and Mirza Ahmad (son of Aqa Muhammad Akbar) confirmed this settlement. Aqa Muhammad Akbar also settled part of the same building with Aqa Muhammad Sadiq for 12 tumans, and Mirza Ahmad confirmed and signed this. Note: since two sixths of this building belonging to Aqa ʻAli, the son of Haj Sadiq, was part of his [Muhammad Akbar's] wife...

Marriage contract of Umm Kulsum, known as Bibi, daughter of the late Muhammad Rahim from Qaynan in Isfahan, and Muhammad ʻAli, son of the late ʻAli Akbar, resident of Shinabad village. The mahr is twenty-two and one-half tumans. Following this contract, the groom settled with the bride over some property for ten tumans of the mahr.
